These little hexie's can be very vexing, I think I finally have a pattern and even started the outside border.
I have thirty-ish diamonds completed or almost complete and figure 800 hexies for the diamonds and then add in the Black and White border, probably over 1000 thus far. Sometimes I wonder what I have gotten myself into!
also this weekend, Stars and Moon Quilt completely quilted... now needs the border and I just need to put the border on the last quilt (of 5) that I'm finishing up for a friend... it will be nice to get that projected finished up.

ReplyDeleteDoesn't it seem that you ALWAYS just need anOTHER one??? I hate to cut off any after stitching; soooo, I guess now it'll be half-hexies....aaargh....Julierose
