Freddy in the House!

Over the weekend, I attended a class taught by the marvelous Freddy Moran.  If you don't know who she is, just "google" her!  Amazing class with amazing new friends.  Here's a couple of pictures of my collage quilt in progress... Day of the Dead.  :)

More coming soon, as I promised to update this blog more often!  Here's a shout out to my new friends, many of whom I met through this blog and a couple from class this past weekend, Opal, Judy, Stephanie, Sue, Merry Merry, Mary, Kelly... several of them, Kathy, Kathleen, Dorothy, Kristi, and a couple more that I cannot remember right now.  And of course, Freddy!  There were lots of Kathy's and lots of Kelly's so no one really knew what my name was... haha.  :)

Here's blogs that I know of:

  1. Missed seeing you blog, glad you are back. How great is Freddy? I met her at quilt market once and she was so gracious and giving.

Lucky you to have taken a class from her.

  2. Woo hoo! Your quilt is fantastic and what a tease you are to show only a teeny portion. I enjoyed watching it grow during the workshop plus spending time getting to know you. Hopefully you will be back for the next Freddy workshop!
